Hello lovely human! Chains Of Hope has currently paused its Wix store due to hosting fees, but has donated 270+ necklaces to Ukrainian nonprofit organizations to use in their fundraising efforts (see "find our pieces" tab). If you're looking to purchase a necklace, we recommend you search that list first; alternatively, you can purchase a necklace I'll mail to you via my small Etsy store.
Store Policies
Shipping
We ship all of our pieces in bubble mailers and are currently only offering domestic shipping (within the US). We use a number of different shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill orders depending on your location. After our ~1-2 day processing period, shipping estimates vary depending on where you are, but as a general rule of thumb you can expect to receive your package anywhere from 2-10 ish days if based in the US. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Returns/Refunds
All of our pieces are inspected thoroughly before being shipped; however, there is a chance something might fall through the cracks. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at chainsofhopestore@gmail.com, as we handle these types of issues on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, although we usually do not provide refunds since that takes away from the money donated to Ukraine, we will help you receive a replacement piece in the event of receiving a damaged product.
Communications
You can expect a response from us via email in 24-48 hours' time (please allow for extra time on weekends, holidays, etc).
For full transparency, I'm a current high school student and am doing all of this on my own in addition to school and other commitments, so if there is ever a delay, that's why!
